Accepting RFPs for the City's Economic Development Strategy

The City of Brantford is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to review and update the City's Economic Development Strategy (EDS) which will guide the municipality's economic development efforts for the next 7 years.

The Consultant is required to establish an EDS that will serve as a unifying and guiding vision, and spur a clear action plan for the City to support a sustainable economy. The EDS should be structured to identify a compelling vision of the future, and build out as a guide to achieving that vision.

The development of the Economic Development Strategy will follow four key planning principles: Meaningful Community Engagement, Data Focused, Outline Tangible Action, and Be Aspirational.

Interested parties are invited to review the opportunity on the City’s Bids and Tenders Page. The request for proposal closes on November 24, 2022.
