The Economic Development department wants to meet you!

With so many quality industries across a wide range of sectors, ensuring that existing businesses feel supported by the City is crucial in this ever changing world. Development Liaison, Stacey Kursikowski, works closely with local industries to understand their history, learn about their day-to-day operations and any future plans for potential growth and expansion. As part of her role, Stacey is responsible for coordinating and arranging introductory meetings and facility tours with local industries. She has found that the best way to learn about a company and build relationships is by facilitating face-to-face chats on-site to see first-hand what goes on behind the walls of your industry, have an informal discussion to hear about the company and understand ways the Economic Development department and the City may be of assistance. Introductory meetings and facility tours can be at your discretion and we generally allot an hour and a half to ensure wholesome discussions.
