Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium (EMC) in partnership with National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) has launched a national coaching program helping manufacturers better understand the current situation they face by identifying and supporting a clear path forward.

Executive Coaching or Subject Matter Expert Support:

Coaching sessions are intended to provide individual manufacturers or leaders with hands-on support in planning, mapping and deploying steps to return to productivity, as well as engage improvements along the way. Subject matter experts can assist is a variety of topics, including:

  • Management team recovery steps
  • Leadership
  • Advanced manufacturing & technology
  • Normalizing productivity
  • Setting up health & safety environment (new norms)
  • Mental & psychological health
  • Labour /HR
  • Supply chain
  • Other customized topics

Webinars/Online Learning Series for Manufacturing

Topics may include:

  • Issues effecting Manufacturing – Current State Report
  • Best Practices for Return to Productivity
  • A Healthy Production Environment
  • The Future of Manufacturing – New Normal and the Role of Advanced Manufacturing, Digitization and Automation
