January will see the return of the EmployerOne survey, giving employers a platform to share their labour force challenges and successes.
A lot has changed since the last EmployerOne survey, conducted in 2020 just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2023 survey will be a good opportunity to see where things stand. This year's survey has an extra focus on Quality of Work, which will allow employers to assess how they can make their workplace an attractive place to work.
The Quality of Work research project is funded by the Government of Canada’s Future Skills Centre, a forward-looking organization that prototypes, tests and measures new and innovative approaches to skills development across Canada.
