Food Processing Machine Operator
As part of the Grissin Bon Production team, the individual will be responsible for performing material handling, clean-up, packaging and other elemental activities related to food and beverage processing.
Main responsibilities
- Monitor Dough and cooked materials to ensure conformance to company quality and food safety standards
- Package product into boxes
- Palletize packaged product
- Clean and sanitize machines, work areas, and equipment
Full-time permanent positions available for this role:
- Weekly Day and Afternoon Rotation 7am-3pm; 3pm-11pm OR Night Shift 11pm-7am (8-hour shifts)

Production Shift Supervisor (rotating day/afternoon shift)
As part of Grissin Bon Production team, the individual will be responsible for supervising the Production line employees on the shift while managing activities involved with optimizing production and ensuring the preparedness of the shift including planning material availability, training, labour and machinery. You will coordinate with and report into the Production Line Manager. This position is a rotating Day/Afternoon Shift.
Main Responsibilities
Manage Resources: Supervise the daily activities of the shift to optimize production factors (material, labour and machineries), provide pertinent information to Department Managers as necessary, organize all phases of production (Preparation, Moulding, Packaging), manage inventory, secure adequate packaging/raw materials, semi-finished good on shift, identify and proposes continuous improvement initiatives and areas for improvement, requests Maintenance intervention in the case of facilities and/or machine breakdown and repair and in cases of urgency, verify interventions are performed in scheduled time and according to hygiene and safety standards.
Shift Change: Ensure smooth transition and complete all shift handover responsibilities, support the Line Leader and Quality Department in reporting information and issues through effective communication and coordination, support the planning of operation activities on the production line, participate in and support the equipment start-up of the line along with Line Leaders and Maintenance, inspect the cleaning and sanitation activities of Line Leaders and Machine Operators, collect data and compile and submit shift reports (manpower, downtime, hours, waste and recyclables) .
Food Safety and Hygiene: Responsible for hygiene and sanitation compliance of the production area; responsible for working within the guidelines of all aspects of food safety program (HACCP, GMP) and ensure compliance, support periodic scheduling of sanitation measures to work areas and disinfect equipment and tools, taste product and evaluate quality, ensure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced and maintained, ensure safe working procedures, colour coding and good housekeeping practices are adhered to at all times.
Workplace Safety: Ensures compliance with health & safety regulations, completes health & safety incident/accident reporting; participates in quality and safety audits, ensures the monthly safety talks are done, manages accidents/incidents involving production employees (first aid intervention, accident reporting, accident investigation,) with the support of First Aid responders, Line Leaders and Joint Health & Safety Committee according to company guidelines.
Human Resources Management: Responsible for allocation of employees on production lines, management of employee absenteeism and documentation of scheduled vacations and unscheduled illnesses to ensure proper coverage, performs employee performance reviews, manages workplace personnel issues respecting company guidelines in conjunction with Human Resources, Ensures workplace training requirements are met for all personnel in area, ensures workplace training requirements are met for all personnel.

Maintenance Mechanic
As part of Grissin Bon Maintenance team, the individual will be responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment used for the daily manufacturing of food products. They will ensure safe plant operations and working environments for all employees.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform wide variety of maintenance duties including troubleshooting, fabrication, routine and emergency repairs of high-speed food processing equipment with minimum supervision
- Enhance equipment performance, optimize equipment safety, food safety and reliability with the support of preventative maintenance initiatives
- Perform equipment change-over and production line set ups, welding, machining and fabricating where qualified and maintain high sanitation standards, housekeeping and cleanliness
- Participate in continuous improvement projects including the installation and commissioning of machinery
- Ensure all job-related operations are in compliance with GMP's, HACCP, WHMIS and health & safety requirements
