The Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board (BHNCDSB) offers curriculum based on Catholic principles. It operates in Brantford as well as in the neighbouring counties of Brant, Haldimand, and Norfolk.

Post- secondary

Brantford has four post-secondary institutions offering a variety of programming. Wilfrid Laurier University, Conestoga College and Six Nations Polytechnic operate campuses located in Brantford. In addition, McMaster University offers a residency program at the Brantford General Hospital.
