Braneida Business Park
Braneida Business Park is located on the east side of the city and encompasses 1,500 acres of zoned industrial and commercial land. Development started in the 1980s and involved nine phases into the early 2000s.

Northwest Business Park
Development began at the Northwest Business Park in the west of the city in the early 2000s and continues today. Over 1,300 acres of zoned industrial land comprise this modern park featuring enhanced design based on current environmental standards.

Future Employment Lands
In 2017, a boundary adjustment resulted in 2,720 hectares (6,720 acres) of new lands transferred to the City of Brantford ensuring continued growth with 739 hectares (1,825 acres) of employment lands north of highway 403. The forthcoming new Official Plan for Brantford will direct how and when development occurs.
